Domestic shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Some products are made-to-order and ship out as quickly as they are made. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order ships.
International shipping: At this moment, the shop is unable to process international orders.
Local pick up: Pick up local orders in Seattle. Please contact via email to arrange a time.
Lost or missing delivery: Vessels by Vivian is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier. We will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses, or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from Vessels by Vivian, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package.
Shipment damage: If you receive an item broken or damaged in shipment, please contact via email within five days and share photos of the damaged shipment. This information will be used to file a claim with the shipping carrier. A replacement will be sent out to you free of charge.
*Please retain the packaging and broken product until the claim is resolved. Occasionally the shipping carrier will want to collect and inspect the damage before approving a claim.
